He interacts directly with material suppliers, trade partners and building officials to insure our homes are code compliant and built to the highest standards of quality. He maintains a strong work ethic based on pride, accountability and respect for all workers.

As a field superintendent, Emilio manages all aspects of on-site construction activity and is responsible for scheduling subcontractors and material orders, coordinating shipments to the job site, building inspections, cost control and quality control.

 

He interacts directly with material suppliers, trade partners, and building officials to insure our homes are code compliant and built to the highest standards of quality.

 

His background in the finish trades provides him with a unique appreciation for attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

His background in carpentry lends to his careful inspection of all structural and mechanical systems while earning the respect of all trade partners and building officials.

J. Ryan Boyle

Service & Warranty Specialist

Ryan heads up our small project, service and warranty division.

 

His hands-on approach allows Aurora to accept small-scale projects without the overhead associated with our typical large-scale projects.

 

In addition, he provides our past clients with a convenient and trusted resource for having regularly scheduled maintenance performed, while handling any warranty-related calls.
