We seal all penetrations through the exterior surfaces of the home, thereby forming a continuous air barrier to insure a tight building envelope.

We carefully insulate all exterior surfaces to create a thermal envelope that provides comfort during any change in climate. And we focus on providing a continuous drainage plane behind the exterior veneer to ensure a vapor barrier against water intrusion. Together, these standard procedures contribute to a healthy living environment and a durable exterior building envelope.
