Julie provides an effective line of communication between the office and field personnel for all project-related information.
She supports the on-site superintendents by supplying them with qualified subcontractors, timely material selections, approved client directives and budget updates.
She insures that all parties are up-to-date with accurate information concerning each project.

As a field superintendent, Robert manages all aspects of on-site construction activity and is responsible for scheduling subcontractors and material orders, coordinating shipments to the job site, building inspections, cost control and quality control.
He interacts directly with material suppliers, trade partners and building officials to insure our homes are code compliant and built to the highest standards of quality. He maintains a strong work ethic based on pride, accountability and respect for all workers.

As a field superintendent, Gene manages all aspects of on-site construction activity and is responsible for scheduling subcontractors and material orders, coordinating shipments to the job site, building inspections, cost control and quality control.
He interacts directly with material suppliers, trade partners, and building officials to insure our homes are code compliant and built to the highest standards of quality. His background in carpentry lends to his careful inspection of all structural and mechanical systems while earning the respect of all trade partners and building officials.
